"When I served as CEO of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity I had the pleasure of working with Cristen Incitti who served as our Family Services Director and held other leadership roles in the organization over her 8+ years. Cristen is passionate about affordable housing, her community, and is a pragmatic and strategic leader. She will make an excellent Ward 4 Saint Paul City Council member. I am excited to endorse her campaign!" ~ Sue Haigh

“Cristen brings a powerful perspective to public service - not just as a mother and advocate, but as a homeowner and leaders with experience navigating budgets and making tough decisions. She understands the real challenges families face and is committed to smart, equitable economic development that strengthens our neighborhoods without placing an undue burden on taxpayers. Her thoughtful leadership is exactly what St. Paul needs, and I’m proud to support her candidacy for St. Paul City Council.” ~ Ramsey County Commissioner

As a 12-year resident of Ward 4, and a homeowner in Merriam Park, I was proud to call Mitra Jalali my councilmember. I am equally proud to endorse Christen Incitti as the most qualified candidate -- among a strong group of contenders -- to take on the challenges of our ward and our city.

Her experience as an affordable housing executive and budget manager; her courage to declare the state of downtown an "emergency"; her emphasis on continued investment in multi-modal transportation and our nationally recognized park system; and her willingness to examine ways that our private colleges and universities could more directly enrich our city -- whether through a Boston-inspired Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOTs) plan or other means -- tell me that Cristen will be a mature, hardworking, decisive leader who also will listen and learn.

~ Amy Gage, Ward 4 Resident & Community Leader

“Cristen Incitti is exactly the kind of leader St. Paul needs—principled, collaborative, and deeply rooted in our community. Her ability to bring people together to build strong coalitions has led to real progress on the issues that matter most, especially affordable housing. I’ve seen firsthand how her vision and commitment uplift those around her. Cristen will be a powerful voice for Ward 4, and I’m proud to endorse her for City Council.”

~ Trista Martinson, former Ramsey County Commissioner

I had the honor of meeting Cristen first as the West Summit Neighborhood Advisory Council (WSNAC) co-chair, then at a meet greet.  I found her to be a good and respectful listener . As a nonprofit Chief Executive Officer, she has a solid understanding of housing affordability, budget management , community building. What struck me most about Cristen’s approach to the role of is one of an observer first, then a doer, second. The very fact that she is dedicated to better understanding the challenges faced by the city, analyzing the data and formulating solutions is the sign of a true leader. She sees potential for partnerships with various entities within Ward 4 and beyond to reconnect various communities which encompass our city.

I am long time St Paul resident, a transplant along with my husband John. It is time to address the basics to restore health to our communities throughout the city. My husband and I support Cristen as we trust that she will be the person to collaborate with her colleagues and the city leadership  to help  move the city forward to a better future for all.
